Accessible seats info

Ticket sales for people with disabilities began on march 25, 2025

Spectators with a minimum disability percentage of 74% and those with severe disabilities, both certified at the time of purchase and entry, will be able to purchase tickets for the Davis Cup 2025 at a reduced price of approximately 70%, until the reserved seats are sold out. A sufficient but limited number of seats will be available for each session.

For each session, a person with disabilities who meets the requirements mentioned above can purchase a maximum of one ticket for themselves and one for their personal assistant.

For the 2025 edition of the Davis Cup, the purchase of a ticket for the person with disabilities will be linked to the simultaneous purchase of the personal assistant ticket.

Therefore, it is not possible to purchase individual tickets either for the person with disabilities or for the personal assistant.

The total cost of the ticket for a person with disabilities, including the personal assistant ticket, is equal to the sum of the prices of the two separate tickets (the one for the person with disabilities and the one for the personal assistant).

The purchase can only be made online through our official website by following the instructions outlined below.

How to make an online purchase

STEP 1 – Registration

Registration is mandatory for every user. It must be made in the name of the person with disabilities. For minors under 18, registration should be made in the name of the legal guardian.

  • Click the "Login" button and then "New User."
  • Fill in all required fields. Check the box to accept the privacy policy and click "Register."
  • Select the "Disabled" option and choose the type of purchase (Ambulatory or Non-Ambulatory).
  • Select the session of interest. (If you wish to exit the reserved section, click the appropriate link in the banner at the top of the page and return to the general sale for the Central Court sessions).
  • Select sector ‘Lodge East’ and add two tickets to your shopping cart.
  • Complete the purchase with the available payment methods on the site.

Note: The purchased tickets will be sent to the email provided during registration. For non-ambulatory disabled persons, the wheelchair space on the ticket will show a letter instead of a number. For ambulatory disabled persons, the distinction between the disabled ticket and the personal assistant ticket is highlighted by the letter "D" after the disabled seat number, and the letter "A" for the personal assistant seat.

STEP 2 – Rules for Access to the Venue and Documentation

On the day of the event, the purchaser must provide documentation upon request from the ticket checkers that confirms the disability.

This documentation must be shown at the entrance and upon every ticket inspection, otherwise, entry may be denied, or the person may be asked to leave the venue.

Personal assistant with the appropriate ticket must enter the venue together with the person with disabilities they are accompanying, who must also have the corresponding ticket. Failure to do so will result in denied entry and removal from the venue.
